RE: Material Safety Data Sheets and Warning Labels for
Cemented Carbide, Ceramic and Cermet Products

Newcomer Products - a Ceratizit Brand, is a producer of cemented carbide, ceramic and cermet cutting tools and other related items, is required by law to make available to its customers Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) covering its products.

The OSHA Hazard Communication Regulation (29 CFR 1910.1200) requires all manufacturers in SIC codes 20 through 39 (Division D Standard Industrial Classification Manual) to provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to their distributors and customers.

As required by law, Newcomer distributors shall insure that a copy of the Material Safety Data Sheet and updated information is provided to their customers who purchase products supplied by Newcomer Products or any other manufacturer.
